P 130

The P130 are manual food mincers for medium volume productions. They are suitable for mincing any type of fresh or semi-frozen (up to -8º C) product. Push button operation makes them simple and easy to use. Their design with smooth surfaces and removable worms guarantee complete and easy cleaning.

Safety: Motor thermical protections, low voltage control, emergency stop and silent work. They use the Unger cutting system, which consists of between three or five pieces.

Standard accessories: 2 knife, 3 plates, 2 separating rings, 1 extractor, 1 feeder.

Optional accessories: Hard part separator. High legs for unloading over 200 litre trucks. Outlet protector.
